Phil Heath is a professional bodybuilder and was 2nd place in Mr Olympia 2010. The last competition I was at in March, he was guest posing and walked through the audience for pictures and high fives. Of course I wanted to cozy up with that awesome mass of man for a photo op! I found the video on Flex Online. You'll find great resources for bodybuilding there.
